Our own technology
Oracle Loop: the circle that closes.
Most AI tools answer and forget. Oracle keeps what it decided, measures what happened and uses that in the next decision.
- 01
It measures what it did
7 days after every change, Oracle comes back and compares the same number of days before and after. The result shows on screen — including when it made things worse.
- 02
It keeps what you decided
Every word you block enters the account's memory. It is not a list: it is a representation of meaning, which recognises kinship between terms written in different ways.
- 03
It uses that in the next decision
On finding new spend with no return, Oracle looks for what your account has already decided in a similar situation — and when that has been measured, it says whether it worked before suggesting it again.
The circle works inside your account, with your data. It starts counting on the first day — because the words you have already blocked are its first memory.
How it works
Three steps to the first analysis.
No spreadsheets, no complicated setup. Oracle starts working as soon as the account is connected.
- 01
Connect your account
Authorise access through the official Google sign-in and choose which Google Ads accounts Oracle should follow.
- 02
Oracle watches
Your campaigns are imported and performance starts being synced every 5 minutes.
- 03
You decide how far it acts
Get recommendations, approve changes one by one, or let Oracle optimise on its own within your limits.
Site watch
Your site changed. Did the campaign find out?
Every day Oracle reads your site's public pages and compares them with the previous reading. When a new page, a broken page or a rewritten price turns up, it says what that changes in the campaign — and what to do.
- A new page the campaign does not advertise yet
- A landing page that started answering with an error
- A rewritten price, offer or value proposition
- A new section describing something the ad does not mention
And it stays quiet about the rest: a rotating banner, the date in the footer and a new post on the blog wake nobody. An alert that fires every day is an alert nobody reads.
How Oracle watches the siteThe alert you get
Broken page
/planos
Has been answering 404 since yesterday and is still taking clicks. Pause the ad group or point the ad at the home page while you fix it.
New page
/enterprise
No ad group advertises this today. It is worth a group of its own with “google ads for agencies” pointing at it.
Features
An analyst dedicated to your account.
Oracle follows the numbers, explains what changed and acts when you authorise it.
Oracle Loop: it learns from your account
Every word you have blocked becomes memory. Oracle recognises a new waste by its likeness to what your account has already decided — even when the words are different.
Find the cause, not the symptom
Oracle reads the terms people actually typed and shows which one spent your money without bringing a single conversion.
See what worked
Every change is measured again 7 days later. You see how many improved the account, how many came to nothing and how much was saved.
Tell the campaign what you want from it
Write your goal in one sentence — bring the CPA down, stop spending on people looking for a job — and Oracle starts aiming at it every day, within your safety limits.
Know when something breaks
A campaign that stopped showing, a budget throttling delivery, a bid below what the auction charges or a balance running out: Oracle warns you with the diagnosis and, when there is a safe fix, with the button to apply it next to it.
The whole history, not the last 30 days
On connecting, Oracle imports the full history of your Google Ads account. It is the difference between analysing one month and analysing everything the account has lived through.
The diagnosis comes before the bill
Connect the account and Oracle reads the history straight away: what is healthy, what is expensive and what can be improved. The reading happens before any plan — the proof comes first, the payment after.
Monitor everything
Follow spend, conversions, CPA, ROAS and performance in one place.
Oracle Score: the health of the account in one number
From 0 to 100, computed on the server with weight for tracking, CPA and ROAS trends, budget headroom and open alerts. The AI can explain the score, never invent it: the same account in the same state always gives the same number.
Oracle Advisor
Get clear analyses of what is working and where you are losing money.
Daily optimisation
Oracle analyses your data every day and can apply improvements automatically.
Campaigns created and optimised by AI
Describe your business, say who you want to attract and who you want to avoid, and Oracle structures the whole campaign — negative keywords included, before the first wasted click. Once published, it already enters the daily automatic optimisation.
A report that comes out the same as what you saw
An account report with one day per row, a campaign report with one campaign per row, and the CSV generated by the same loader as the screen — the downloaded file has no way of disagreeing with the number you read before downloading it.
Several accounts, even under a manager account
Connect more than one Google Ads account and choose which ones Oracle syncs. Accounts linked to an MCC carry on working, and one account can have more than one manager at the same time: using Oracle forces nobody to drop the tool they already use.
Full control
Choose between recommendations, manual approval or autopilot.
Everything recorded
Every change keeps its previous value, new value, reason and date — and can be reverted.
The key to your account is kept encrypted
Access is the official Google OAuth — your password is never asked for and never stored. The token that renews the authorisation is written under AES-256-GCM encryption, and you revoke access whenever you want, on Google's side.
Sign in without a password
Signing in is a 6-digit code sent to your email, with the number already in the subject line. No reused password holding the keys to your ad account.

What do you want to advertise?
I have a building company in Leme-SP. I want to generate quote requests for home renovations. My budget is R$ 80 a day and I want to advertise within a 40 km radius.
Once published, it enters the daily automatic optimisation on the first day.
Automatic creation with AI
Describe the business. Get a finished campaign.
Oracle turns a description in plain language into a complete structure: ad groups, keywords, negatives, ads and targeting — all validated before going live.
You review every detail in the preview and only publish when you are happy with it. Nothing is sent to Google Ads without your confirmation.
Once live, it is not left to itself: it enters the daily automatic optimisation, with the same safety limits and the same measurement 7 days after every change.

We do not ask for your password, and we do not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other service in your Google Account. The authorisation is exchanged and used only on our servers: the token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored and never reaches the browser. When you disconnect the account, we revoke access at Google and delete the credential.

Questions
Still unsure?
Only if you let it. Every campaign starts in Recommendations mode, where Oracle only analyses and suggests. You can switch to Manual approval, where nothing is applied until you approve it, or Autopilot, where Oracle applies safe changes within the limits you set.
No, nothing at all. Oracle Advisor is Brazilian software that manages and optimises Google Ads campaigns with artificial intelligence, operated by MFactor. Oracle Corporation is a North American database and enterprise software company — Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud, Oracle ERP, Java. Different companies, different countries, and products that meet nowhere: we are not a subsidiary, reseller, partner or customer of theirs, and Oracle Advisor does not integrate with, resell or depend on any Oracle product. The name comes from 'oracle', the one you ask a hard question — in our case, where your advertising budget is going.
MFactor, a Brazilian paid-traffic agency and Google Ads Partner. The product is run by the same team that manages Google Ads accounts day to day, and it was that work that produced the safety rules limiting what the AI can change on its own. Support is in Portuguese, prices are in Brazilian reais, and the team answers through the form on this site.
Yes. Oracle Advisor is Google Ads Partner and works exclusively through the official Google Ads API, with access you authorise through Google sign-in. Nothing is done by browser extension, screen automation or any unofficial route.
Yes, through the official Google sign-in (OAuth). You authorise the access and can revoke it whenever you want. We do not ask for your Google password and we do not store it.
Campaign performance is synced every 5 minutes. Oracle's deeper analyses are generated once a day, in the time zone of your Google Ads account.
Only the campaigns you explicitly mark for Oracle to manage. Campaigns you merely view do not use up your plan limit. Smart campaigns are not supported and are never imported.
It does. You describe the business in one sentence — what you sell, to whom, where, and how much you want to spend a day — and you can add a briefing with the audience, who to avoid, what sets you apart and the tone of voice. From that, Oracle builds the whole campaign: ad groups, keywords, negative keywords, responsive ads, budget and targeting. It all appears in a preview you can edit or have generated again, and nothing is created in Google Ads before you approve it. Once published, the campaign joins the daily automatic optimisation, with the same safety limits and the same measurement 7 days after every change.
It reads the terms people actually typed into Google before clicking your ad, day by day, alongside the performance of each keyword. That is what takes you from 'the cost per conversion went up' to 'the term X had 147 clicks, cost R$ 42 and brought no conversions' — with the figure up front, from the day it happened. Google does not report search terms for every type of campaign, and where it does not, Oracle says the data is missing instead of letting the campaign look clean.
7 days after each applied change, Oracle comes back and compares: the same number of days before and after, leaving out the day of the change itself. The result appears on screen as improved, worsened, no effect or inconclusive — and yes, 'worsened' appears as prominently as 'improved'. When the week's volume does not support a verdict, it says so instead of rounding to the flattering side.
We call it the Oracle Loop, and it has three steps. First it measures: 7 days after each change, it compares the same number of days before and after. Second it remembers: every word you blocked becomes account memory, held by meaning rather than by text — which is what lets it see that 'sites de divulgação' ('promotion sites') is a relative of a negative keyword 'divulgação' ('promotion'), or that 'promover produtos' ('promote products') is a relative of 'divulgar produtos' ('publicise products'). Third it uses what it has: when it finds new spend with no return, it looks for what your account has already decided in a similar situation, and when that has been measured, it says whether it worked before suggesting it again. The learning happens inside your account, with your data.
You can, and it is worth doing. On the Otimizações tab — the product interface is in Portuguese — you write in one sentence what you are after: 'bring the CPA down without losing volume', 'stop spending on people looking for a job'. The objective stays with that campaign and guides the priority of what Oracle proposes, including in the automatic daily analysis. What it does not do is loosen a limit: the budget and bid variation caps in your policy still apply, so the field can be free without being dangerous.
It does, with the reason. It checks the account several times a day for anything out of the ordinary: an active campaign Google is not serving, a campaign that was serving and dropped to zero, a budget capping delivery, a bid below what the auction is charging after a manual change, and the ad account running out of balance. The warning arrives with the diagnosis written in Portuguese, citing the figures measured — and when there is a safe fix, with the button to apply it next to it. Detection is done by rules over your own data, not by guesswork: that is what stops a false alarm on a healthy account.
Yes, the whole history. On connecting, Oracle brings in the last 30 days straight away and queues the import of everything else, which runs in blocks, without competing for quota with the sync of your campaigns. It matters because almost everything the product does rests on a basis for comparison: an account with years of Google Ads that arrived here with one month of data would be told 'not enough data' about data that exists. You follow the progress under Contas Google Ads and can ask for the import again whenever you want.
You create the account with an email address and a password, and sign in with a six-digit code we send by email — the code is in the subject line too, so you can read it in the notification itself. It is valid for 10 minutes and works once. The extra step exists for a reason: the password is the one secret people reuse on other services, and a leak at any of them would become access to your ad account without anything here having been compromised.
Yes. Every change is recorded with its previous value, new value, reason and date. When the operation allows reversal, Oracle sends the opposite change to Google Ads and records the new event in the history.
There is, and it does not ask for a credit card. When you create the account you get the whole product open: you connect Google Ads, get the diagnosis of your account and let Oracle manage real campaigns, with an allowance of AI credits. The length appears on the platform itself, counted from sign-up; when it ends, automatic management needs an active plan, which you can cancel whenever you want.
You can move up or down at any time. If you move down to a plan with fewer campaigns than you manage today, we ask you to choose which ones stay under Oracle's management.
It does. Once a day it reads the public pages of the site the campaign advertises and compares them with the previous reading. When a new page appears, a page starts returning an error or a price is rewritten, it tells you and says what that changes in the campaign — which ad group, which keyword, which landing page. A new banner, a footer date or a blog post raise no warning: an alert that fires every day is an alert nobody reads. Reading and comparing spend no AI credits.
