About Oracle Advisor

Oracle Advisor is a Brazilian Google Ads management platform powered by artificial intelligence. It connects your ad account through the official Google sign-in, tracks performance every 5 minutes and, every day, tells you what changed, why it matters and what to do — applying the change only when you authorise it.

We have no relationship with Oracle Corporation

Oracle Advisor is a Google Ads management platform operated in Brazil by MFactor. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Oracle Corporation or any of its products.

The name is the only thing the two share. Below, what each one is, side by side, so that nobody who came looking for one and found the other is left guessing.

  • **What it is** — Oracle Advisor: software that manages and optimises Google Ads campaigns using artificial intelligence. Oracle Corporation: databases, cloud computing and enterprise software.
  • **Products** — Oracle Advisor: a dashboard, daily analyses, automatic optimisation and campaign creation. Oracle Corporation: Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Fusion/NetSuite, Java.
  • **Who operates it** — Oracle Advisor: MFactor, a Brazilian paid-traffic agency. Oracle Corporation: a publicly traded company headquartered in Austin, Texas.
  • **Where it operates** — Oracle Advisor: Brazil, in Portuguese, priced in Brazilian reais. Oracle Corporation: worldwide.
  • **Relationship between them** — none, in either direction: Oracle Advisor is not a subsidiary, reseller, partner, customer or supplier of Oracle Corporation, and Oracle Corporation does not own, license or endorse Oracle Advisor.
  • **What Oracle Advisor is not** — it does not use or resell any Oracle Corporation product, and it is not a database, an ERP, an enterprise cloud or an IT tool.

What we do

Oracle imports your campaigns and the full history of your Google Ads account, reads the search terms people actually typed, and points to the cause of a swing — which term spent budget without converting — instead of merely reporting that cost went up.

It also builds complete campaigns from a description of your business, warns you when something breaks in the account or on the advertised site, and comes back seven days after every change to measure whether it worked. The result shows on screen even when the change made things worse.

Who it is for

For anyone advertising on Google Ads without the time to watch the account every day: companies running their own account, paid-traffic managers and agencies. Operations above the largest listed plan, or with several accounts and a contract, are served by the Enterprise plan.

Who operates Oracle Advisor

Oracle Advisor is operated by MFactor. For Oracle to create, publish and optimise campaigns, the MFactor manager account (MCC) has to be accepted inside Google Ads — which is why the management invitation you receive arrives under that name rather than the product's.

Oracle Advisor is Google Ads Partner and takes part in the Google Partners programme. Participation does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or any warranty from Google.

How we work

Some rules hold for every account, on every plan:

  • Only the official Google Ads API: no browser extensions, no bots simulating clicks, no access to your Google password.
  • Every campaign starts in Recommendations mode, where Oracle analyses and suggests but changes nothing. Manual approval and autopilot are your decisions, campaign by campaign.
  • On autopilot, changes respect safety limits: by default, up to 20% variation on the daily budget and 15% on CPC. A whole campaign is never paused without your explicit authorisation.
  • Every change is recorded with its previous value, new value, reason, date and origin — and can be reverted.
  • Artificial intelligence explains the numbers but never invents them: the Oracle Score and anomaly detection are computed by deterministic rules on the server.

Where we are and how to reach us

We serve advertisers in Brazil, in Portuguese, billing in Brazilian reais. Signing up costs nothing and starts with a full trial of the entire product, no credit card required.
